We have owned the property in Spain since 1989. Our latest venture Madrugada, was purchased in 2003  and  renovations began shortly afterwards.

With local builders and architects we brought the property up to the standard that we would expect ourselves from a good quality bed and breakfast establishment.

Wayne is a retired Police Officer and Joan worked as a teaching assistant in   schools for many years. Both people centred careers with skills which we now  use to run a small, friendly, personal and comfortable bed & breakfast. 

Now living in Spain after six years of gradual transition and integration we are happy to offer the benefit of our experience  to visitors taking a holiday or thinking of making a similar move themselves.

We look forward to your company and would be happy to share a sangria with you and discuss how to make the most of what the area has to offer, or simply to respect your privacy.
